If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from us, we will be happy to send you a credit or refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days. We do not refund shipping cost in either direction. Please notify us by email or phone of what you are sending back to us and why it is being sent back. We do not accept the return of items that have been altered in any way. Although we have rarely done this, we reserve the right to charge a restock fee for returned items when we deem the return as unreasonable.
